SunDance was first established in August of 1998 with 1,000 sq. ft., with 40 children and one instructor in the Woodmoor Center here in Monument. Within five years, we were leasing over 3,000 sq. ft. of space and enrollment was up to 500 students. Since that time, we have moved to our own facility and have been blessed with the addition of many new students and talented instructors.

Within both our dance and gymnastics programs, we are proud to have such
caring and experienced instructors, many whom have dedicated over ten years of their time and knowledge to help develop our program. From ballet to hip hop to our recreational and competitive gymnastics teams and our new cheer tumbling program, SunDance has the right class for just about anyone – toddler through adult.

We offer competitive teams in dance and gymnastics. Our competitive dance teams include our Elite Ensembles and our competitive gymnastics teams include girl’s USAG DEVO Compulsory and Optional, along with Boys JO Compulsory and Xcel Compulsory and Optionals.

SunDance is proud to be the host gym for the Palmer Ridge High School gymnastics team.
