You must drop your student with the office by the end of the 7th week of the billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Drop dates for each upcoming cycle are listed above.
SunDance sends invoices during the 7th week of each cycle. We do not charge for the next cycle until Monday of the 8th week.
Late fees are applied to accounts on the Monday of the 2nd week of the new billing cycle.
Your child will be automatically enrolled into each new billing cycle after initial enrollment. SunDance does not drop gymnasts or dancers unless your account becomes delinquent.
