DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURE:

• Parents are welcome to enter the building with their student/s.

• Each coach/class will have a animal-designated bag to put shoes, socks, and outer clothing in. There is a water fountain available for students to use during class.

• The bins will travel to the north exit during class time for your student to retrieve their belongings at the end of class.

• Please pick up your student from the north-end doors, not from the gym lobby.

• Students are not allowed to wander looking for you, please meet them on the sidewalk.

• Students who cannot see their parents at release time will be returned to the main lobby for pick up.

• Dance students will get dropped off and picked up in the dance lobby

PARENT VIEWING:

• Parents are welcome to leave and return for pick up at the end of class.

• Our downstairs lobby is reserved for students to prepare for class. Our upstairs lobby is open for parent viewing.

• The dance lobby is open for viewing

• We also offer SpotTV, an app you can download and watch your student's class in real-time. This service is offered free of charge.

• SunDance is adhering strictly with USAG Safe Sport's rules and policies. In conjunction with that, it is imperative that parents do not enter the gym or dance rooms unless asked to do so by a coach/teacher. As a USAG-affiliated and approved gym, we are required to ensure that all adults coming into contact with students, even briefly, are Safe Sport trained and have a clear background check. Students may be escorted to the gym door, and parents are welcome to watch from our upstairs lobby.
