• The Studio will be open for our regular or modified class schedule on the following Monday Holidays: Labor Day, Sept. 2, MLK Day, Jan. 20, Presidents Day, Feb. 17 Memorial Day, May 26.

  • Dance Dress Rehearsal and Recital dates will tentatively be May 29 & 30 and the recital on May 31, 2025. Please note that dress rehearsal is mandatory. Those that do not attend will not be allowed to perform in the recital.

  • Statements will be sent (via email) during Week 6 of each billing cycle, and tuition is due by the end of Week 7. IF TUITION IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE END OF WEEK 7, THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE CURRENT AMOUNT DUE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN AFTER AUTO PAY HAS BEEN RUN. IF THE CARD ON FILE IS DECLINED OR ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, A $35 LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

  • NO CREDITS, REFUNDS OR MAKE-UPS are given for classes missed due to holidays or vacations. As a courtesy, we offer Perk Day for illness once a month on a Saturday from 12 pm-1 pm. Perk Day dates are listed on Perk Day page. You must sign up for Perk Day. We do not offer Perk Day during the summer.

  • SunDance is adhering strictly with USAG Safe Sport's rules and policies. In conjunction with that, it is imperative that parents do not enter the gym or dance rooms unless asked to do so by a coach/teacher. As a USAG-affiliated and approved gym, we are required to ensure that all adults coming into contact with students, even briefly, are Safe Sport trained and have a clear background check. Students may be escorted to the gym door, and parents are welcome to watch from our upstairs lobby.

  • During inclement weather, please check your email, our website, Facebook, Instagram, GroupMe, or call the Studio for the recorded message. As a rule: If District 38 schools close, the Studio will also close; however, we may reopen later in the day if the weather improves. Please check the recording one-half hour before your student’s scheduled class time. We will also be offering an invitation to Perk Day for any weather closures. Perk Day will be the only make-up option available. It is your responsibility to keep your email up-to-date in your online account and check it prior to coming to class.

  • There are NO REFUNDS/CREDITS given if your student drops a class after the billing cycle has started. Drops will only be honored if you contact the office no later than the seventh week of the previous billing cycle.

  • All classes will end 5 minutes early to allow for class & coach transition. This will also allow for all classes to start on time.
