Looking for a birthday party that’s high-energy, stress-free, and totally private? SunDance is the place.

Our parties are active, well-organized, and run by experienced staff who know how to keep kids moving, laughing, and safe. From the moment you walk in, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire gym, lobby, and upstairs party room — so your child can truly be the star of the day.

Whether it’s cartwheels, obstacle courses, or just open play, SunDance parties are designed to give kids the freedom to move and the space to celebrate.

Everything you need to know about hosting your party at SunDance — including pricing, policies, and what to expect on party day.

Party Details

  • Party Days & Times
    Saturdays at 3:00 PM or 5:30 PM

  • Party Length

    • 1 hour of gym time (includes use of both gym rooms)

    • 2 SunDance party staff to lead activities and supervise

    • 45 minutes in the upstairs party room for cake, snacks, and presents

  • Private Use
    All birthday parties at SunDance are completely private. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire gym, lobby, and party room during your time slot.

Guest Guidelines

  • Party includes the birthday child + 12 additional guests

  • Children under 18 months are not included in the guest count and may play with parental supervision

  • Adults (18+) are also not counted in the guest total

  • Each additional child (13–20 children total): $15 per child

  • Maximum: 20 children total per party

Pricing & Payment

  • Base Party Price: $300
    Includes the birthday child + 12 guests, 1 hour of gym time, and 45 minutes in the party room

  • Additional Guests: $15 per child (up to 20 children maximum)

  • Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your party date

  • Final Payment:
    Due at the end of the party. If not paid in cash, it will be charged to the card on your SunDance account.


Waivers & Safety Rules

  • All guests must have a signed waiver in order to participate

    • For guests who are not current SunDance students, please complete our online waiver form prior to the party:

    • Please share this link with your guests ahead of time so waivers are completed before attending

  • Adults are welcome to be in the gym but are not permitted on the equipment

  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted on SunDance property


Booking & Setup Policies

  • All bookings must be completed through our online system
    We do not accept birthday party reservations by phone or in person

  • We allow booking up to six months in advance

  • Booking fills up quickly - we rarely have availability for last minute bookings 

  • You may arrive 30 minutes early to decorate and set up for your party

  • SunDance staff will assist with clean-up, but we ask that you dispose of large items or decorations before leaving

Party Timing

Please be on time — we cannot extend your party beyond the scheduled end time.
Each party includes 1 hour in the gym and 45 minutes in the party room. If guests arrive late, we will still need to finish on time to stay on schedule for the next event.

Food & Allergy Responsibility

All food, drinks, and desserts are the responsibility of the party host.
SunDance is not liable for any food allergies, reactions, or sensitivities. Please communicate directly with your guests regarding any allergy concerns.

Facility Care & Cleaning

We ask that all guests help us keep our facility clean and safe.
Families may be charged a $50 cleaning or damage fee if the party room, lobby, or gym is left excessively messy or if any equipment is damaged during the event.

Inclement Weather & Emergency Closures

If SunDance must cancel your party due to inclement weather, power outage, or an emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule your event within 30 days.
If no alternative date is available, we will issue a refund.
